Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026

This website (riggssoft.uk) is operated by Native Reason Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17300129), registered office 7 Clitherow Avenue, London W7 2BJ. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Native Reason Limited.

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. It is written to be read, not to be waded through.

1. Who is the data controller

Native Reason Limited, 7 Clitherow Avenue, London W7 2BJ, United Kingdom. Company number 17300129, registered in England & Wales.

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We are not currently required to register a Data Protection Officer; enquiries go to the address below.

2. How to contact us about your data

Email [email protected] or telephone +44 7737 134 545. You may also write to the registered office above. You do not have to use the contact form to make a data request.

3. What personal data we collect

SourceData

Direct contactAnything you choose to include when you email or telephone us — typically name, email address, telephone number and details of your systems.
Hosting server logsIP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, recorded automatically by our hosting provider for security and fault diagnosis.
Your browser's local storageA single preference value recording that you dismissed the cookie notice. It contains no identifier and is not sent to us.

We do not collect special category data, we do not run advertising or profiling, and we do not buy contact data from third parties.

4. Why we process it, and on what lawful basis

PurposeLawful basis (Article 6 UK GDPR)
Answering your enquiry and preparing a quote or proposalArticle 6(1)(b) — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Delivering work you have engaged us for, and corresponding about itArticle 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract.
Keeping invoices and accounting recordsArticle 6(1)(c) — compliance with a legal obligation (UK tax and company law).
Keeping the site online, secure and free of abuse (server logs)Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. We have weighed this against your rights and the data is minimal and short-lived.

We do not process any personal data on the basis of consent for analytics, because this website runs no analytics, advertising or tracking technology.

5. How long we keep it

6. Who else sees it

We share personal data only with the service providers we need to run the business, each acting as a processor under a written agreement:

Two third parties receive your IP address simply because your browser fetches files from them when the page loads: Fontshare, operated by Indian Type Foundry (the typeface files), and Cloudflare (the animation library used by the page). Neither sets a persistent cookie through this site.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We will disclose data where we are legally required to — for example in response to a valid court order.

7. Transfers outside the UK

Our hosting and email are provided from within the UK or the European Economic Area. The two providers named above sit outside the UK, so loading this page may transfer your IP address to them: Fontshare / Indian Type Foundry is based in India, and Cloudflare is US-headquartered. Neither India nor the United States is covered by a general UK adequacy decision, so these transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses — or, for a US provider certified under it, the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

8. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

Withdrawing consent

Where processing ever rests on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew. To reset the cookie notice on this site, clear your browser's site data for riggssoft.uk — see the Cookie Policy.

How to exercise a right

Email [email protected] and tell us what you want. We respond within one month of receiving the request, as required by the UK GDPR. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. We may ask you to confirm your identity before releasing data.

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first — we would rather fix it. You also have the right to complain to the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):

Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF · Helpline 0303 123 1113 · www.ico.org.uk

10. Cookies

This website sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing stored on your device is a single preference recording your response to the cookie notice, and it is stored only if you accept. Full detail is in the Cookie Policy.

11. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data reaches us as email and is held in accounts protected by two-factor authentication. No system is perfect; if a breach ever put your rights at risk, we would notify the ICO within 72 hours and tell you where the law requires it.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting people we already correspond with will be sent by email.
